On the desktop:
Navigate to: https://dash.blinq.me/login
Enter your login email address and click continue
Click Forget Password under the password field
After clicking on this, select “Send Reset Link”
Follow the prompts in the Reset Password email you will receive
On the mobile app:
Open the Blinq app on your device
Click on “Log in with existing account”
Enter your email
If we recognise your account you will see the “Forgot Password?” option in the top right hand corner of the screen
Click the Forgot Password link to generate a password reset email
Follow the prompts in the email and save your new password
