Tip | Deleting your Blinq Card will block anyone from viewing or saving it. The card's URL link and QR code will no longer work once this is done. Anyone who previously saved your Blinq Card will still be able to view it in their contacts list. |
What you'll need:
▶ A Blinq account with an existing card
▶ Access to dash.blinq.me or the Blinq app
Step 1: Delete via Dashboard
On a computer or tablet browser, go to dash.blinq.me and log in.
Click the Cards tab on the left-hand side menu.
Click the card you want to delete to select it.
Click Delete at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Delete via Mobile
Open the Blinq app.
Tap the Cards tab at the bottom of the screen (My cards on Android, Your Card on iOS).
Swipe left or right to select the card you want to delete.
Tap the pencil icon at the top right of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the edit screen and tap Delete card.
Tip | If you've deleted your card by mistake and need it restored, reach out to [email protected] with either the URL link or QR code of the deleted card. If you can't provide either of those, we won't be able to restore the card. |
