How do I cancel my subscription?

Steps on cancelling your subscription...

You can cancel your plan anytime! Depending on where you subscribed, please follow the relevant steps below to cancel or manage your plan:

If you subscribed via the Blinq Dashboard

If you signed up directly through our website, you have full control over your billing in your settings.

  • To Cancel: log in to your Blinq Dashboard > Click your Name/Profile (top left) > Select Manage Subscriptions > Cancel.

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store

Apple requires complete ownership of subscriptions purchased in-app. Unfortunately we’re unable to cancel these on our end as Apple restricts our access to their billing data.

  • To Cancel: Open Settings on your iPhone > Tap your Name > Subscriptions > Select Blinq > Cancel.

If you subscribed via the Google Play Store

You can manage this directly through your Android device’s subscription settings.

  • To Cancel: Open the Google Play Store app > Tap your Profile Icon (top right) > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select Blinq > Cancel Subscription.

Once you cancel your paid subscription, you can still access your Blinq account, just without the paid features.
