If you have been assigned a Blinq Email Signature by your Team Admin, you need to apply your signature to your client via the Dashboard.

Note:

Other than with Google Workspace integration, there is currently no way for admins to send Email Signatures to Team Members directly. The Team Member will need to retrieve and add their signature themselves from the Dashboard.

  1. Login to dash.blinq.me on a desktop or tablet browser.

  2. Click on Email Signatures in the left-hand side menu.

  3. If you are a Team Admin, click on the Personal tab.

  4. Click the Add to client button next to the signature you want to use.

  5. Select your email client from the top of the pop-up menu and follow the pop up instructions.

Note:

At this time, Apple Mail is the only mobile email client that supports Blinq Email Signatures. The Outlook and Gmail Apps only allow for a text signature and do not yet integrate with image-based signatures via their Apps.
