Blinq is aware that Microsoft has recently tightened their spam filtering to a point where it is false-flagging legitimate emails as phishing or spam.
Unfortunately, we are at the whim of Microsoft & system administrators to remediate this.
Microsoft 365:
Your organisation’s system administrator can follow these steps to ensure emails from Blinq are delivered.
Open Threat Explorer in Microsoft 365 Defender, select the “Phish” tab
In the search, select the Sender dropdown & switch to Sender Domain
Type [
blinq.me](<http://blinq.me/>),[mail.blinq.me](<http://mail.blinq.me/>),[business.blinq.me](<http://business.blinq.me/)>and hit Enter on your keyboardCheck all the boxes for emails from Blinq
Select Message actions above the table
Select Report clean
Check the box for Allow emails with similar attributes
Select Submit
You should now see that Blinq is allowed in then Tenant Allow/Block list for your account.
