What you'll need:
▶ Admin access to Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Threat Explorer) for your organization
Allowing Blinq emails in Microsoft 365
Your organization's system administrator can follow these steps to ensure emails from Blinq are delivered.
In the Microsoft Defender portal, open Explorer (Threat Explorer) and select the Phish tab.
In the search filters, select the Sender address property box, choose Sender domain, and enter: blinq.me, mail.blinq.me, business.blinq.me. Select Refresh.
In the Email tab of the details table, check the boxes for the relevant emails from Blinq.
Select Take action above the table.
Under Submit to Microsoft for review, select I've confirmed it's clean.
Check Allow messages like this to create an allow entry in the Tenant Allow/Block List.
Set Remove entry after to 30 days or a specific date. The default is only 1 day, so be sure to extend it, otherwise the allow entry expires and the issue can come back.
Select Next, review the entities on the following page, then select Next again.
On the Review and submit page, select Submit.
Tip | You should now see Blinq listed as an allow entry in the Tenant Allow/Block List for your tenant. |
