Blinq NFC cards help you share who you are: clearly, confidently, and in a tap.

Our custom NFC cards allow you complete control, a blank canvas to supply an entirely custom design for us to print and produce for you without limitations.

This guide explains exactly what’s required to create and submit a custom NFC card design after you’ve placed your order.

Before you start

To design a custom Blinq NFC card, you’ll need:

  1. An active Blinq account (free or paid).

  2. A completed NFC card order. If you haven’t placed your Custom NFC order yet, check out: https://blinq.me/nfc-business-card for single card orders, email [email protected] for bulk card orders.

  3. This link to our Canva Template.

Designing your custom NFC card

We keep custom NFC cards consistent so every order prints perfectly.

Here’s how it works:

  • We don’t provide design, services, advice, or software-specific guides.

  • You may design your card using any tools you prefer.

  • All final designs must be applied to the Blinq Canva template.

  • Files (front and back designs) must be exported directly from that template, as PNG.

  • Optional: Adding your QR code as a second source of connectivity to your Blinq digital business card. Your order confirmation email will have your QR code included. This is unique to each order.

Our Canva template:

  • Canva is 100% free to use.

  • The template is pre-sized and print-ready.

  • You can design directly within the template, or use it to just import your final design.

  • Before you start:
Turn on margins to keep your design print-safe.
Go to File → Settings → Show margins
Ignoring this may result in important content being cut off at the edges.

  • Right click your design and select Layer > Send to Back to ensure that the card template is visible and on the top layer.

  • Alternatively, if you’re not using a flat design, you can manage this in the “Show Layers” (the bottom option).

  • Once you’re happy with the design, export it as follows:

  • Select Share from the top right of the screen, make sure PNG is still selected as the file type, and select Download.

What to submit

Once your NFC card order is placed (if you haven’t placed your Custom NFC order yet, check out: https://blinq.me/nfc-business-card for single card orders, email [email protected] for bulk card orders)

  1. Email us your two final PNG files (font and back) exported directly from the Canva template.

  2. Include your order number in the email.

Please don’t send:

  • Mockups or previews.

  • Screenshots.

  • Links/editable design files.

  • Files exported from other software.

Only send us two PNG files attached to your email + your order number.
