On the desktop:
- Navigate to: https://dash.blinq.me/login
- Enter your login email address and click continue
- Click Forget Password under the password field
- After clicking on this, select “Send Reset Link”
- Follow the prompts in the Reset Password email you will receive
On the mobile app:
- Open the Blinq app on your device
- Click on “Log in with existing account”
- Enter your email
- If we recognise your account you will see the “Forgot Password?” option in the top right hand corner of the screen
- Click the Forgot Password link to generate a password reset email
- Follow the prompts in the email and save your new password
