Owner or Admin users of a Blinq Business account, can create and assign Blinq Email Signatures on behalf of Team Members.
1. Login to dash.blinq.me on a desktop or tablet browser.
2. Click on Email Signatures in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on Create Email Signature.
4. Click Team member under the 'Who is this email signature for?' option list.
5. Select Use card details and select the card you want to import the details from.
Your Team Members do not need to have a Blinq cards in order to create a signature. In this case, you can select Start from scratch to create a signature for them. If you have already added a Team Member to your account, their Team Member details will be pre-loaded onto the signature once you enter this into the 'Assigned to' field.
6. The email address of the Team Member will pre fill for you.
7. Click Next
Importing details from an existing Blinq Card does not link the card to the signature. This means you can add or remove fields as needed without editing the Blinq Card.
8. From the Personal Details page, add or remove any content required. All fields in this section will appear as text on the signature body.
9. From the Images screen you can add, change or remove images imported from the Blinq Card
10. From the Links page, add, edit or remove any social media links for the signature. All fields in this section appear below the email signature body as icons only.
11. Adjust the theme colours and icon style in the Design section
12. Add a custom or templated Banner to sit under the Email Signature. A banner can be either image or text based.
13. Click Prevent editing signature in the Settings menu to lock any changes being made to the signature by the assignee. Only admins and the owner will be able to edit the signature if this option is selected.
14. Once completed, click Create Signature under the preview in the centre of the screen.
15. Once created, the Email Signature then becomes available within the Team Members account to login and save to their Email Settings.
A Team Member needs to have claimed their account to access the Email Signature assigned to them. Admins are not able to send the signature directly to an email for upload to Email Settings.
