If you have a large team, we can create Blinq Business Cards in a batch for you via a Bulk Upload.
Bulk Uploads require a Team Template to upload against. Be sure you have one or more created before requesting the upload.
1. Log into dash.blinq.me via your desktop browser.
2. Click on the Cards tab in the left-hand side menu.
3. Click Bulk create at the top right of the screen.
4. Select the number of cards you are looking to have created from the drop-down menu, as well as adding any additional information about the upload.
Only fields present on the Template need to have data provided. A Bulk Upload will not add fields that don’t already exist on the template. Additional fields should be added to the Template first.
5. Click Request Bulk Upload. This will forward an email to our team, who will prepare a spreadsheet for you to complete.
6. Add the relevant card field information to the spreadsheet, including the relevant Template for each line.
7. Share back via the email thread.
8. We will confirm all information is correct and complete the upload ASAP within 1-2 business days.
Activation links for Bulk Uploads are not sent automatically. You will have a chance to review the created cards before sending the activation links to your team.
