1. Login to dash.blinq.me using a computer or tablet browser.
2. Click on the menu box at the top left of the screen, then Billing & Subscription.
Only the workspace owner has permission to manage the payment details of your subscription.
3. Click on the Edit button within either of the Payment Method or Billing Information sections.
4. To update your card on file, click on the + Add payment method and follow the prompts.
5. To change your default card, click on the ... button next to your preferred card, then Make default.
6. To delete a card, first select a new default card, then click on the ... button next to the card you wish to delete, and then click Delete from the drop-down.
7. To download and view a specific invoice or receipt, click on the button next to the invoice you wish to view and follow the prompts.
We don't currently support changing the physical billing address or other invoicing details through the dashboard. Submit a request to Blinq Support to complete this for you if needed.
