Contacts who share their details back with a Team Member (where the Team Member is using their Team Card) will automatically be added to the company's contact list.  They can then be viewed and managed by the Team Admins within the dashboard.

To view your Team's Contacts, login to dash.blinq.me via a computer or tablet browser, and click on the Contacts tab on the left-hand side menu.  Team Contacts will be displayed in the All company contacts tab, and your Personal Contacts can be found in the My contacts tab.

Note:

Only Team Admins and the Owner will be able to view the Team Contacts.  Team Members will only be able to view their own Personal contacts they've saved.

Team Members can share their Personal Contacts with their team:

- Via the Blinq app by tapping on the three vertical dots to the right of a contact, tapping Share contact with your company (or your company's workspace if on iPhone), then selecting your company name.

- Via the dashboard by selecting the contact, then clicking Share with at the top right of the screen, then clicking on the company name.

You can complete a bulk export of the contacts to CSV, or Hubspot, Salesforce or Zapier if you have set up an integration with any of those services.  To complete this, simply click on the Export contacts button at the top right of the screen and select your method of export.

You can export an individual contact to your CRM by clicking on the contact, then clicking Export to at the top right of the screen, and selecting your CRM.

You can also delete and add notes to the contact by selecting it and pressing the respective buttons on the contact's page.  Personal notes added to a contact will not be shared or synced with the team, and vice versa.

Note:

Deleting a Team Contact will not remove it from the contact list of the Team Member who shared it.  Deleting a Personal contact that has been shared with a Team will not remove it from the Team Contacts list either.
