Blinq Virtual backgrounds make it easy to quickly share your details and Blinq card over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any other video chat software.

Your Virtual Background will include a static background image, as well as a Details section that contains the QR code of your Blinq card (including logo if a Premium or Business user), a heading, and up to four lines of additional information.

1. Log into dash.blinq.me using a computer or tablet browser.

2. Click on the Virtual Backgrounds tab on the left-hand side menu.

3. Click Create background.

6. Scroll down to select the Background images tab to choose one of our background images, or upload your own.

7. Click on the Details tab to edit the information box displayed alongside your QR code, as well as its size and positioning on the background.

Note:

By default, the details section will automatically pre-fill information from your Blinq card.  The Heading field will automatically populate with the Name on your card, and the first two lines of the Extra information fields with your Job title and Company. These can be changed to anything you like though!

7. Click Save and Download to save your Virtual Background and download the image.  (If you're not quite finished yet and want to come back later, then simply click Create at the top right of the screen instead).

8. You can then add the downloaded image file as the background within your video chat software!

Note:

If you have created a Virtual Background for a Team Member, you will then be prompted to email them a link to download the Virtual Background image directly.  They'll also be able to access and download their background by logging into their account via the Dashboard and heading to the Virtual Backgrounds tab.
