Individual Team Cards can be created by Team Admins or the Owner of a Blinq Business account.
1. Log into dash.blinq.me on a computer or tablet browser.
2. Click on the Cards tab on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click Create card at the top right of the screen.
4. Enter the email address of the Team Member you are assigning the card to.
This is the email address where the activation link will be sent to, however the assignee can claim this card using the email address (or existing Blinq account) of their choice.
5. Click on the Name text on the card preview to add the Team Member's name to the card, then click Save on the pop-up.
6. Click on the + Company Logo, + Profile Picture and + Cover Photo boxes to add the relevant images to the card.
7. Select Me on the pop-up to add this image yourself (you can add the image by dropping or clicking in the square within the popup), or select Card owner for the assignee to add this themselves when they claim the card. Click Save to confirm.
If you want to give the assignee the option to add an image or field, but don't want to make it mandatory, ensure that the Make this field optional slider is enabled before saving.
8. Select a color from the 'Choose a theme' menu. This will determine the icon colour of the fields added to the card.
9. If you do not want the assignee to be able to change the card color, click on the Padlock icon next to the 'Choose a theme' text.
10. Click on the button of the relevant fields you wish to add. As with the images, you can select whether the content will be added by you or the assignee.
11. If you are adding the content yourself, fill the text box with the desired values. Clicking on the padlock icon will allow you to lock the field so that the content cannot be changed by the assignee.
12. Click Save within the pop-up to add the field to the card.
13. Repeat steps 10-12 for each field you wish to add until the card appears as desired.
If you want to prevent the assignee from adding an image or field to the card at all, click on the Eyeball icon at the top right of the field or image box to block this from being added to the card.
14. Once completed, click on Create at the top right of the screen to save the card.
15. You can choose Send now to send an activation email to the assignee, or Send later if you want this to be sent another time.
16. You can also choose to Copy this card as a shortcut for creating another using the fields and themes you've already entered for this card.
