If you subscribed via the Blinq Dashboard
If you signed up directly through our website, you have full control over your billing in your settings.
To cancel: log in to your Blinq Dashboard, click your name/profile in the top left, select Manage Subscriptions, then Cancel.
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store
Apple requires complete ownership of subscriptions purchased in-app. We're unable to cancel these on our end, as Apple restricts our access to their billing data.
To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Blinq, then Cancel.
If you subscribed via the Google Play Store
You can manage this directly through your Android device's subscription settings.
To cancel: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon in the top right, then Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Blinq, then Cancel Subscription.
Tip | Once you cancel your paid subscription, you can still access your Blinq account, just without the paid features. |
