Change My Password

Here's how to update or change your Blinq account password.

What you'll need:

▶ The email address associated with your Blinq account

On the desktop

  1. Navigate to dash.blinq.me/login.

  2. Enter your login email address and click Continue.

  3. Click Forgot Password under the password field.

  4. Select Send Reset Link.

  5. Follow the prompts in the Reset Password email you receive.

On the mobile app

  1. Open the Blinq app on your device.

  2. Click Log in with existing account.

  3. Enter your email.

  4. If we recognize your account, you'll see the Forgot Password? option in the top right corner of the screen.

  5. Click the Forgot Password link to generate a password reset email.

  6. Follow the prompts in the email and save your new password.
