Creating a Blinq Email Signature

Signatures are created from the Blinq dashboard at dash.blinq.me on a desktop or tablet browser.

Steps

  1. Log in to dash.blinq.me.

  2. Click Email Signatures in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Create Email Signature.

Choose a starting point

  • Use card details - select an existing Blinq card to pre-fill your information. This is a shortcut; the signature is not linked to that card after creation, so future edits to the card won't flow through automatically.

  • Start from scratch - build a new signature without importing any card data.

Details tab

  1. Add and edit your personal information and signature fields. If you imported a card, its details will already be populated.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to any field to edit it.

  3. Click the trash can icon to remove a field.

  4. Use the swap arrows to reorder fields.

Images tab

  1. Add up to two images to your signature. Files under 10 MB work best.

  2. If you add two images, click the three vertical dots to set their positioning - the primary image displays above the secondary.

Links tab

  1. Add links that appear as favicons below your details. Use the same edit, remove, and reorder controls as on the Details tab.

Design tab

  1. Customise the font, button and divider colour, link icon style, and whether to show the Save contact button.

Banners tab

  1. Add a custom image as a footer to the signature. You can use one of Blinq's pre-made banners as a starting point, or upload your own.

Finishing up

  1. Click Create Signature when you're happy with the result.

Once created, the signature will appear in your Email Signatures list, ready to be added to your email client.
