Editing and Deleting Your Blinq Email Signature

Editing a signature

Because Blinq signatures are dynamic, any edits you save in the dashboard are applied automatically - you don't need to re-paste the signature into your email client.

  1. Log in to dash.blinq.me on a desktop or tablet browser.

  2. Click Email Signatures in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click the signature you want to edit.

  4. In the editor, click directly on any element in the signature preview (right side of the screen) to open that field for editing.

  5. Use the left-hand menu tabs (Details, Images, Links, Design, Banners) to make further changes - these work the same way as when creating a signature.

  6. Click Save signature when done.

Changes will appear in your emails immediately without any action needed in your email client.


Deleting a signature

Warning: Deleting a signature is permanent and cannot be undone.

  1. Log in to dash.blinq.me on a desktop or tablet browser.

  2. Click Email Signatures in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click the signature you want to delete.

  4. Click the Delete button at the top of the screen and confirm.

Once deleted, the signature will no longer appear in your dashboard and the signature image will stop loading for anyone who receives an email with that signature. You should also remove it from your email client's signature settings to avoid a broken image appearing in your emails.
