Editing a Team Email Signature

Edits made to a team member's signature apply automatically - they don't need to re-add the signature to their email client.

Required role: Owner or Admin on a Blinq Business account.

Steps

  1. Log in to dash.blinq.me on a desktop or tablet browser.

  2. Click Email Signatures in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Team tab.

    Note: If you created a team signature assigned to yourself, find it under the Personal tab instead.

  4. Click the signature you want to edit.

    Note: You cannot change who a signature is assigned to once the team member has claimed their account. If you need to reassign it, create a new signature.

  5. Use the left-hand tabs to edit different parts of the signature:

    • Details - Personal details and main contact information

    • Images - Edit, replace, or remove images

    • Links - Update or remove social and third-party links

    • Design - Change colours and icon style

    • Banners - Add or update an image or text-based banner

    • Settings - Allow or prevent the team member from editing their own signature

  6. Click Save signature when done. Changes go live immediately.
