Share-back is the step after someone views a card, where they're asked to share their own details back. It's on by default. If you'd rather not collect those details, you can switch it off for every card in your workspace.
Good to know: With share-back off, people can still view and save your cards. They just aren't asked for their details.
What you can do
Turn off share-back for every card in your workspace.
Turn it back on whenever you like.
Who can use this
Workspace admins on Blinq Business and Enterprise.
How to turn share-back on or off
Log in to the dashboard at dash.blinq.me.
Go to Settings, then Workspace.
Find the Share-back section. Switch Disable share-back on to turn share-back off for every card in your workspace.
To turn share-back back on, switch Disable share-back off.
Why you might turn it off
If your privacy team would rather you didn't collect visitor details through your cards, switch share-back off and keep sharing your cards as usual.
FAQ
Can people still save my card?
Yes. They can view and save it.
Will I still get new contacts from those cards?
No. People can't send you their details from those cards while share-back is off.
