When you select more than one contact in your company contacts list on the dashboard, a quick actions bar appears. From there you can sync, export, tag, assign campaigns, or delete selected contacts together, without opening each one individually.
What you can do
Select two or more contacts, then use the actions bar to:
Sync selected contacts to your connected integrations, so you choose exactly which contacts push to which CRM.
Export selected contacts to CSV.
Assign campaigns in bulk.
Assign or remove tags in bulk.
Delete duplicate, test, or unwanted contacts in one action.
Prefer to grab everything? You can still export all contacts without selecting any.
Who can use this
Bulk actions are available on the Blinq dashboard (dash.blinq.me) from the company contacts list. They are part of Blinq Business and Enterprise, and are available to workspace admins. Syncing to a CRM requires a connected integration such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Outlook, or Zapier. This is a web feature, so use it from the dashboard on a computer.
How to use it
Log in to your dashboard at dash.blinq.me and open the Contacts tab.
Select two or more contacts using the checkboxes in the table.
The quick actions bar appears once contacts are selected, with a count of how many you have chosen.
Choose your action: sync to an integration, export to CSV, assign campaigns, assign or remove tags, or delete.
Confirm to apply the action to every selected contact.
Note: Want your whole list? Use the export option without selecting any contacts to export them all.
Deleting contacts is permanent
Bulk delete cannot be undone. Deleted contacts are not moved to a recycle bin or archive, so there is no way to restore them afterward. You will see a warning before you confirm. Double-check your selection, and export to CSV first if you want a backup.
Why it helps
Post-event triage used to mean opening every contact one at a time to fix tags, assign campaigns, or clear out duplicate contacts. Now you can tidy your whole list in one pass, so your contacts are clean and CRM-ready faster.
FAQ
Can I export all my contacts at once?
Yes. You can export all contacts without selecting any, or export just the ones you have selected.
Can I choose which integration to sync to?
Yes. You can sync your selected contacts to specific connected integrations rather than syncing everything everywhere.
Does syncing pull contacts back from my CRM?
No. Sync is one-way, from Blinq to your connected CRM or integration. It sends your selected contacts out, it does not import records back into Blinq.
Can I recover contacts I deleted in bulk?
No. Bulk delete is permanent and cannot be reversed, so review your selection carefully before confirming.
Can I use bulk actions on mobile?
Not yet. Bulk actions are a web feature, available from the dashboard on a computer.
