In Blinq, each event you run is a campaign. When an event wraps, you usually want just that campaign's contacts, not everyone in your workspace. You can now export a single campaign's contacts straight from the dashboard, either as a CSV file (a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets) or into a CRM, Zapier, or Outlook your workspace has already connected.
Note: You can always export a campaign to CSV, with no setup. Sending it to a CRM, Zapier, or Outlook uses an integration an admin connects once. If you don't see your CRM, Zapier, or Outlook as an option, connect it first.
What you can do
Export just one campaign's contacts, without pulling in the rest of your workspace.
Download that campaign's contacts as a CSV spreadsheet.
Send them to a CRM, Zapier, or Outlook you have already connected.
Start the export from either the campaigns list or an individual campaign's page.
Who can use this
You need a Business or Enterprise plan. Campaigns are part of Event Lead Capture.
You need admin access. Exporting a campaign's contacts is available to admins.
You do this on the dashboard, in a web browser.
How to use it
Log in to the dashboard.
Open Campaigns from the left-hand menu.
Find the campaign you want. You can start the export from the campaigns list, or open the campaign to export from its page.
Select Export contacts.
Choose CSV to download a spreadsheet, or pick a CRM, Zapier, or Outlook you have already connected. If you only see CSV, that's fine, pick CSV.
Confirm. Blinq exports only that campaign's contacts to the destination you picked.
Why it helps
After an event, you can hand marketing or sales exactly that show's leads, without exporting the whole workspace and filtering it down later.
FAQ
Does this export my whole workspace? No. It exports only the contacts attached to that campaign. To export everyone, use your contacts list instead.
What is a CSV? It's a spreadsheet file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. Pick this option if you just want the contacts as a file.
Why don't I see my CRM, Zapier, or Outlook as an option? Those destinations appear once an admin connects the integration to your workspace. Until then, you can still export to CSV.
Which CRMs can I export to? Any CRM you have already connected to Blinq. If you don't see the one you want, connect it first.
