Every campaign now has an Insights tab that shows what happened at that event: how many leads you captured, whose cards got viewed, which tags got used most and which card fields visitors tapped most, and where your contacts came from. On campaigns you run from now on, the numbers update live as leads come in, so you can watch performance move right from the booth.
Good to know: Campaigns started on or after 3 August 2026 show live data that updates as leads come in. For campaigns started before then, some numbers refresh about every 24 hours rather than in real time.
What you can do
See the headline numbers for a campaign at a glance: total contacts, total views, top tag, top field, and top contact source.
Browse a live table of every lead captured, with columns for name, date created, and who they connected with.
Watch a live leaderboard of which team members' cards got the most views.
See which tags and card fields got the most action during the event.
Break down where your contacts came from - from manual entry to a card scan or the AI Notetaker.
Who can use this
Available on Blinq Business and Enterprise plans, for workspace owners and admins. Campaign insights is an admin dashboard feature. There's no mobile or in-app view, and no setup is needed.
How to use it
In the Blinq dashboard, open Campaigns from the left menu.
Open the campaign you want to review.
Select the Insights tab, next to Campaign details.
The tab renders top to bottom, with no setup or configuration:
Overall performance: the headline numbers, including total contacts, total views, top tag (the tag used most on this campaign's contacts), top field (the card detail visitors tapped most, like email or a phone number), and top contact source.
Leads captured: a live table of every contact in the campaign, showing name, date created, and who they connected with.
Card views: a leaderboard of team members ranked by how many times their card was viewed.
Tags applied: the most-used tags on this campaign's contacts.
Fields clicked: which card fields visitors tapped most, such as email, phone, or a link.
Contact source: a breakdown of how each contact was created, such as Manual entry, Shared by contact (the person you met shared their details back), a card scan, or the AI Notetaker.
Tip: Open the Insights tab at your booth and leave it up. On a live campaign, the numbers tick up and the charts re-order as leads come in!
Why it helps
Instead of exporting leads into a spreadsheet to work out how an event went, you get the picture inside Blinq: which reps drove the most engagement, which fields people tapped, and how many leads the event actually produced. It's the ROI story for each event, in one place.
FAQ
Why isn't my data updating live?
Live data is available for campaigns started on or after 3 August 2026. For campaigns started before then, some metrics refresh about every 24 hours, so they won't all tick up in real time.
My numbers look low. Why?
A couple of views aren't counted: views between two Blinq users, and views of your own card. And for campaigns started before 3 August 2026, some metrics refresh about once a day rather than live.
My tags aren't updating.
The Tags applied section refreshes rather than streaming live. Reload the page to see the latest.
Do contacts I add after the event still count?
Yes. Contacts added to a campaign after the fact are counted. See Adding a contact to a campaign after the fact.
