Capturing leads with Blinq is usage-based: you only pay for CRM-ready leads that your team captures, additional to standard per-user charges. Each lead captured and enriched consumes 1 credit, with credits priced at $9.99 each. Bulk credits can be purchased at a discounted rate by contacting our sales team.

Billing
Lead Capture credits are billed for monthly, in arrears, i.e. at the end of each month, you pay for the leads you captured during that month. You can see exactly how many credits you've used at any time on your Blinq Business dashboard so admins always know where their spend is going.
Buying credits in bulk
Teams that capture leads in person at scale or prefer to be billed upfront can purchase bulk credit packages at a discount. If that's you, talk to the Blinq team and we'll size a package to your volume.

Do I need a separate plan to use Lead Capture features?
No. All features leveraged in Blinq’s lead capture workflow are available within Blinq Business.
Can I buy credits in bulk?
Yes. Teams capturing at scale can buy discounted bulk credit packages. Contact the Blinq team for a quote.
What happens with duplicate leads?
If a lead is already in your account, capturing them again won't consume a credit.
What if a lead that is captured is not enriched?
In these cases, you're only charged a partial credit. That covers cases like paper business cards (where contact information is often available already), when you capture data directly from event organizer badge kits, or in rare cases where Blinq was unable to enrich the contact with a verified email or phone.
Do exports cost credits?
No. Every export method is free - native CRM sync, MCP, Zapier and CSV.
Does use of Blinq’s AI Notetaker cost extra?
No. The AI Notetaker, campaigns and qualifier forms are part of your plan and don't consume credits. Credits are only used to capture and enrich leads.
Where can I see my credit usage?
On your Blinq Business dashboard, where consumption is tracked in real time.
