Access to the Hubspot integration is now only available to Business & Enterprise customers, and enabled by special request only. Please contact your account manager for assistance in getting this enabled for your workspace.
Connecting Blinq to Hubspot
Log in to the Blinq dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, click Integrations.
Select the Export Contacts tab.
Under the Hubspot icon, click Connect.
Authorize Blinq access in the Hubspot login flow, then click Next.
Retrieve, then enter the account ID you wish to use to sign in to HubSpot.
Retrieve, then paste in your Hubspot API key and click Next.
Click next.
The popup will confirm what data Blinq will be able to access. Click Next, then Finish.
Customizing your Hubspot Sync settings
After connecting:
Automatically export new contacts: Enable auto-sync new Blinq contacts to Hubspot.
Automatically sync updates: Enable pushing updates from Blinq to existing Hubspot records.
Sales Account ID: Provide the Account ID that will own the exported contacts/leads.
Click Save once the settings are configured.
Manually exporting contacts to Hubspot
To manually export:
Go to the Contacts page in Blinq.
Click Export Contacts.
Select To Hubspot
Click Export Contacts on the confirmation dialog box.
Note:
All non-exported contacts will be pushed to Hubspot.
Existing contacts are updated as needed — no duplicates are created.
