You can also upgrade your existing integration to native directly in Settings Integrations HubSpot.

The Blinq HubSpot integration connects your Blinq contacts directly to HubSpot.
Contacts captured in Blinq, complete with notes, tags, and campaign attribution, flow into your CRM automatically. No manual export. Clean, contextual data where your team already works.

Before you start
You must be an Admin or Owner in your Blinq workspace to set up the HubSpot integration.
You will need admin access to the HubSpot account you want to connect.
The HubSpot integration is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Connecting HubSpot
In the Blinq dashboard, navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
Select the Integrations tab.
Click Connect on the HubSpot integration.
A pop-up window will open. Log in to your HubSpot account, or create an account if you don't have one yet.
If you have access to multiple HubSpot accounts, select the account you'd like to connect to Blinq.
Once authorized, you'll be returned to your Blinq dashboard with the HubSpot integration settings visible.
HubSpot is now connected!
Configuration options in Blinq
Once connected, you can control how Blinq syncs data to HubSpot. All options can be toggled on or off at any time from Settings Integrations HubSpot.
Automatically update changes to Blinq contacts in HubSpot
When enabled, any changes you make to a contact's details in Blinq are automatically updated in HubSpot. Your CRM stays current without manual re-entry.
Sync contact tags and notes
When enabled, notes and tags added to a contact in Blinq are synced to HubSpot. This carries relationship context into your CRM: conversation notes, tags, and campaign labels.
Automatically export new Blinq contacts to HubSpot
When enabled, every new contact captured in Blinq is automatically exported to HubSpot as a new contact record. When disabled, contacts can still be exported manually on a per-contact basis from All Company Contacts.
Configuration options in HubSpot
The Blinq integration adds several custom properties to your HubSpot contact records:
Tags: Contact, Workspace, and Campaign tags applied in Blinq
Blinq Campaigns: Campaign attribution for contacts captured during a Blinq campaign
Blinq Card: A direct link to the contact's Blinq card
You can show or hide these columns in HubSpot to suit your workflow.
To manage Blinq columns in HubSpot:
In HubSpot, go to CRM Contacts.
Select Edit Columns.
Search "Blinq" to find all available Blinq properties.
Sharing contacts to HubSpot
Contacts are exported to HubSpot from Blinq Contacts All Company Contacts.
Your personal contacts are not exported to HubSpot unless they are shared with your team.
If a contact hasn't been shared with your organization yet, you can share it from the Share menu on the individual contact record via the dashboard or Blinq app.
Note: Contacts captured via a team card are automatically shared with your team: no manual sharing required.
