Blinq connects natively to the CRM and marketing automation platforms your team runs: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, GoHighLevel, Marketo, and Zoho. New leads flow straight into the tools you already use, and you can connect as many as you need, so every contact syncs with its details, notes, and tags, usually within seconds.
What you can do
Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, GoHighLevel, Marketo, and Zoho natively, and run more than one at the same time.
Sync every new lead automatically, or hold new contacts for manual review first.
Map each Blinq field to the right CRM field with the Field Mapper, including your own custom fields.
Send the whole record across: contact details, enriched fields, tags, campaigns, notes, and AI Notetaker summaries.
Connect Pipedrive from the same page, sync contacts to Microsoft Outlook (Exchange), or reach any other tool through Zapier.
Only workspace contacts sync. Personal contacts are never exported to a connected CRM. Contacts captured on a team card are shared with your workspace automatically. Contacts captured without a card, or on a personal card, are saved as personal and stay in Blinq until you share them with your workspace.
Good to know: Marketo doesn't have an equivalent to Blinq's Notes, so contact notes and AI Notetaker summaries stay in Blinq and aren't synced across.
Who can use this
CRM and marketing integrations are available on Blinq Business and Enterprise plans. They aren't available on Free or Premium plans.
Blinq MCP is separate, and is available on Premium, Business, and Enterprise plans.
You'll need workspace admin or owner access to connect an integration or map fields, since these are admin-level settings that apply to your whole workspace.
How to connect a CRM
In the Blinq dashboard, click Settings in the left menu, then open the Integrations tab.
Under Export contacts, find your CRM and click Connect.
Sign in and authorize Blinq when prompted.
On the Configure tab, choose how new contacts sync (Automatic or Manual review), then turn on whether to automatically update changes, sync tags, and sync notes. Click Save.
Map your fields with the Field Mapper
The Field Mapper lets you decide exactly where each Blinq field lands in your CRM. Set up your Field Mapper before your first event, so every lead lands in the right place from the very first sync!
It works across the six native connections (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, GoHighLevel, Marketo, and Zoho) and pulls your CRM's live field list, including your custom fields.
Open the integration and select the Field Mapper tab.
Each row pairs a Blinq Field with a CRM Field. First name, last name, and email are mapped by default.
Use the dropdowns to change a mapping, or click Add mapping to map more fields, including your custom fields.
Click Save. You only set this up once per CRM, and every new contact follows your mapping from then on.
Company address fields: Six company address fields are available in the Field Mapper: street, city, region, postal code, country, and full address. They aren't mapped by default, so use Add mapping to add the ones you want. Not every CRM has a matching field for each one, a combined full address field in particular often has no direct match, so you may need to map it to a notes or description field instead.
Good to know: Company address fields are populated by contact enrichment. If enrichment isn't enabled on your account, these fields stay empty even once mapped. See How Contact Enrichment Works for more on enrichment and availability.
Note: You can also map a text field, including hidden form fields, to a dropdown or picklist field in your CRM. If a captured value might not exactly match one of your CRM's dropdown options, Blinq shows a warning so you can check it before it syncs.
Why it helps
Every lead your team captures reaches all of your connected platforms at the same time, so sales and marketing work with the same lead data from the start. Each platform gets the complete record (contact details, tags, notes, lead form answers, and AI Notetaker summaries), mapped to every field, custom ones included.
The exception is Marketo, which doesn't sync contact notes or AI Notetaker summaries. There's no export step and no post-event spreadsheet, so your team can follow up while the conversation is still fresh!

FAQ
Can I connect more than one CRM at the same time?
Yes. Connect as many as you need, and every new lead syncs to all of them.
Who can set up an integration?
A workspace admin or owner. Connecting an integration and mapping fields are done in the Blinq dashboard.
Which connections support Field Mapper?
Field Mapper works across the six native connections: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, GoHighLevel, Marketo, and Zoho. Other destinations (Outlook, Zapier, and Pipedrive) are supported but aren't field-mapped in Blinq.
Do notes and AI Notetaker summaries sync to every CRM?
They sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, GoHighLevel, and Zoho. Marketo doesn't have an equivalent to Blinq's Notes, so notes and AI Notetaker summaries stay in Blinq for that connection.
Can I map a form field to a dropdown or picklist field in my CRM?
Yes. Text fields, including hidden form fields, can map to dropdown or picklist fields. If a value might not exactly match one of your CRM's options, Blinq flags it with a warning so you can adjust it before it syncs.
Can I sync a contact's company address to my CRM?
Yes. The Field Mapper includes six company address fields (street, city, region, postal code, country, and full address) that you can map to your CRM. These values come from contact enrichment, so they'll only populate for contacts where enrichment has found a company address, and only if enrichment is enabled on your account.
