Connect monday.com directly from your Blinq dashboard and every contact you capture flows into the board you choose as a new row (monday.com calls each row an item). Set it up once, and new contacts keep arriving on their own, with their details, notes, and tags.
What you can do
Connect monday.com directly from your Blinq dashboard, with the monday.com app installed for you during setup.
Choose which board and group receive your contacts, and let Blinq pick a starting board so exports work right away.
Map each Blinq field to the right monday.com column with the Field Mapper, including your own custom columns.
Sync contact notes, tags, and campaign attribution into monday.com alongside your contact details.
Export new contacts automatically, or push them on demand with the Sync button.
Export a single contact, or select several and export them together, from your contacts list.
Who can use this
Available on Blinq Business and Enterprise plans.
A workspace admin connects monday.com and changes its settings. Once it's set up, contacts your team captures export on their own, so reps don't need to configure anything.
Connect monday.com
In the dashboard, go to Settings, then the Integrations tab.
Under Export contacts, find monday.com and select Connect.
Sign in to monday.com and Authorize the connection when prompted. Blinq installs the monday.com app for you during this step, so you don't need to leave the dashboard or install it separately.
Blinq picks a sensible default board (such as Leads or Contacts) so exports and syncing work straight away. You can change this any time.
monday.com shows as connected on the Integrations page once setup finishes.
To check everything works, capture or create a test contact and watch it appear on your monday.com board.
Choose your board and map your fields
Open Settings > Integrations > monday.com to control where contacts land and how they're mapped. These settings apply to your entire workspace, so a change here affects every rep's exports.
Board and group. Choose which monday.com board receives your contacts, and the group within it. A group is a section within a board (for example, "New Leads") that your contacts get added to. Blinq picks a board and group for you, so you only change these if you want a different destination.
Field Mapper. Each row pairs a Blinq field with a monday.com column. Email, phone, job title, and company are mapped for you by default, along with duplicate detection. To change a mapping, pick a different monday.com column from the dropdown on that row. To add one, select Add mapping, then choose the Blinq field and the monday.com column to pair, including any custom columns you've set up in monday.com. You set this up once, and every new contact follows your mapping from then on.
Choose your sync settings
How new contacts sync. Turn Auto-export on to send each new contact to monday.com automatically the moment it's captured. Leave it off if you'd rather review contacts first and send them yourself with the Sync button.
What comes across. Choose whether contact notes and tags sync alongside each contact. Campaign attribution and a link to the Blinq card come across too.
Sync on demand. Select the Sync button to push your current contacts to monday.com right now. You can also export a single contact, or select several and export them together, from your contacts list.
Tip: If your monday.com connection ever expires, you'll see a prompt on the Integrations page to reconnect. Reconnect once and your exports pick up where they left off.
Why it helps
Skip the manual CSV export and re-import. Contacts land on your board automatically, mapped to the right columns.
Notes, tags, and campaigns ride along, so every contact in monday.com carries the context you captured.
Follow up faster, with leads on your board while they're still fresh.
FAQ

No. Blinq installs the monday.com app for you during setup, so you can connect without leaving the dashboard.
Which board do my contacts go to?
The board you choose in your monday.com settings. Blinq sets a default board, like Leads or Contacts, when you connect, and you can change it any time.
Who can connect monday.com?
A workspace admin, from Settings, then Integrations.
Do AI Notetaker summaries sync to monday.com?
No. monday.com syncs contact notes, tags, campaign attribution, and a link to the Blinq card, but not AI Notetaker summaries. Those stay in Blinq for this connection.
