Send every Blinq contact straight into Microsoft Dynamics, as leads or contacts.
Connect Blinq to Microsoft Dynamics and the contacts your team captures flow into your CRM as leads or contacts, automatically or on demand.
What you'll need
A Blinq Business or Enterprise plan, the Microsoft Dynamics integration is included on both
At least one company contact in your workspace. See Managing Team Contacts for how to add one
An MS Dynamics account with sufficient permissions, which must be the owner of the Sales Account the contacts are being sent to
Connecting Blinq to MS Dynamics
Log in to the Blinq dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, select Integrations.
Select the Export Contacts tab.
Under the MS Dynamics icon, select Connect.
Authorize Blinq access in the MS Dynamics login window.
Configure your integration: choose whether to export as Leads or Contacts, whether to export new and updated contacts automatically, and assign the owner account (which must be the creator of the MS Dynamics Sales Account).
Customizing your MS Dynamics sync settings
After connecting, you can control how contacts sync:
Automatically export new contacts, to auto-sync new Blinq contacts to MS Dynamics.
Automatically sync updates, to push updates from Blinq to existing MS Dynamics records.
Sales Account ID, the Account ID that will own exported contacts and leads.
Select Save once your settings are configured.
Manually exporting contacts to MS Dynamics
Go to the Contacts page in Blinq.
Select Export Contacts.
Select To 365 Dynamics Sales.
Select Export Contacts on the confirmation dialog.
All non-exported contacts are pushed to MS Dynamics.
Note: Existing contacts are updated where needed. Duplicates aren't created.
