Connect Zoho natively from your Blinq dashboard and your contacts flow straight in as leads or contacts, no manual export needed. Tags, campaigns, and AI Notetaker summaries now sync across too, matching our other native CRM connections.
This replaces the previous Zoho connection, which ran through our integration partner Merge. If your workspace is already connected to Zoho through Merge, see below for how to migrate.

Who can use this
Zoho is available on Blinq Business and Enterprise plans. Connecting it, disconnecting it, and changing its settings is done by a workspace admin or owner. Reps don't need to configure anything.
If you're moving from the previous Zoho connection
Zoho was previously supported through our integration partner Merge. If your workspace is already connected to Zoho this way, you'll see an Upgrade button next to Zoho on your Settings > Integrations page, in place of the usual Connect button, with a warning icon letting you know your current connection needs to move to the native integration.
Select Upgrade and follow the prompts to switch to the native connection. New connections through the old Merge-based path aren't available anymore, so migrating is the only way to keep your Zoho sync running.
Connect Zoho
In the Blinq dashboard, go to Settings, then the Integrations tab.
Under Export contacts, find Zoho and select Connect (or Upgrade if you're moving from the previous Zoho connection).
Select your Zoho account type (region): US (zoho.com), EU (zoho.eu), Indian (zoho.in), Australian (zoho.com.au), Japanese (zoho.jp), Canadian (zohocloud.ca), Saudi Arabian (zoho.sa), or Chinese (zoho.com.cn). Make sure it matches the region of the Zoho account you're connecting.
Sign in to Zoho and authorise the connection when prompted.
Choose whether contacts should sync into Zoho as Leads or Contacts.
Blinq sets up the connection. When you see You're connected, select Finish.
Choose your sync settings
Open Settings > Integrations > Zoho to control how contacts sync. These settings apply to your whole workspace.
Export Blinq contacts as. Choose whether contacts are created in Zoho as Leads or Contacts.
How new contacts sync. Choose Automatic to push new contacts to Zoho as they're captured, or Manual review to hold them for review first.
Automatically update changes to Blinq contacts. When on, changes you make to a contact in Blinq also update the matching record in Zoho.
Who syncs. Admins can choose which team members' contacts sync to Zoho.
Select Save to apply your settings. You can also select Sync contacts to push your contacts to Zoho on demand.
Map your fields with the Field Mapper
The Field Mapper lets you decide exactly where each Blinq field lands in Zoho, and pulls your Zoho account's live field list, including your custom fields.
Open the Zoho integration and select the Field Mapper tab.
Each row pairs a Blinq Field with a Zoho Field. First name, last name, and email are mapped by default.
Use the dropdowns to change a mapping, or select Add mapping to map more fields, including your custom fields.
Select Save. You only set this up once, and every new contact follows your mapping from then on.

Skip the manual CSV export and re-import; contacts land in Zoho automatically, mapped to the right fields.
Tags, campaigns, and AI Notetaker summaries now sync too, so Zoho has the full picture, not just contact details.

FAQ
Is the Zoho sync two-way?
No. It's an export from Blinq into Zoho. New contacts and any changes you make in Blinq push into Zoho, but changes made in Zoho don't come back into Blinq.
I'm already connected to Zoho through Merge, what do I need to do?
Go to Settings > Integrations and look for Zoho. Instead of a Connect button, you'll see an Upgrade button with a warning icon. Select it and follow the prompts to move to the native connection. New Zoho connections through Merge aren't available anymore.
Can I choose whether contacts land as leads or contacts?
Yes. Set "Export Blinq contacts as" to Leads or Contacts in your Zoho settings.
Who can connect Zoho?
A workspace admin or owner, from Settings, then Integrations.
