Blinq can connect with your company’s Outlook (Exchange) environment, enabling seamless contact export and sync.
At this time, contacts will only appear in each Outlook address book of the Blinq user who created the contact. This means that:
The Blinq user's profile email must match their Microsoft Outlook Exchange login
Any contacts added which do not have a user listed in the 'Created by' column of the Blinq company contacts list will not be exported
Note:
To access the Outlook integration, you will need to ensure that you have an active Blinq Business subscription. We do not currently support this feature for Free or Premium users.
You'll also need to ensure that you have at least one company contact in your workspace before you begin. Check out our Managing Team Contacts guide for the steps on how to add one if you have not already done so.
