What you can do
Ask questions about your contacts, notes, and meeting transcripts:
"Who did I meet at this conference last month?"
"Find contacts at Stripe I haven't followed up with."
"Pull my notes on [Name] before my call."
Admins on Business and Enterprise plans can ask workspace-wide questions, like "Show me every lead the team captured at this event" or "Who on my team met the most people this quarter"
How to connect
Connect directly from your AI tool
The steps are similar across all supported AI tools. The main difference is where to find the connection settings.
Claude (Anthropic)
Open Claude (web, desktop, or mobile) and go to Settings
Click Connectors
Search for Blinq
Click Connect
Sign in and authorize when prompted
You can now use Blinq in your chats
ChatGPT (OpenAI)
Open ChatGPT (web, desktop, or mobile) and go to Settings
Click Apps
Search for Blinq
Click Connect
Sign in and authorize when prompted

How to disconnect
Open your AI tool (web, desktop, or mobile)
Go to Settings
Click Connectors
Select Blinq MCP
Click Disconnect
Privacy and data
When you connect Blinq to an AI tool, your contact data (including notes and meeting transcripts) is shared with that third-party provider in order to answer your questions. Please review Blinq's privacy policy before connecting. A few things to keep in mind:
You only ever see data you have access to in Blinq. The MCP uses your own login
Meeting transcripts may contain sensitive information. Be mindful of which AI tools you connect
FAQ
Is my data safe? Blinq MCP uses OAuth. You sign in with your existing Blinq account and approve access. No API keys are generated. Your data is only shared with the AI tool you choose to connect.
Which AI tools are supported? You can now search your entire network on Blinq from Claude and ChatGPT.
Is my data shared with the AI provider? Yes. To answer your questions, the contacts and notes Blinq MCP reads are shared with the AI tool you connect. No API keys are created; you sign in with OAuth and approve access.
Can I disconnect Blinq MCP? Yes, at any time. In your AI tool, go to Settings → Connectors, select Blinq MCP, and disconnect.
Can admins see my AI Notetaker notes? Only in specific cases. Admins can see AI Notetaker notes linked to business contacts in workspaces they admin or own, provided the workspace's AI note syncing setting is on (it's on by default). Notes on contacts in your personal cards are never visible to admins.
