Walk into every conversation already knowing the history. CRM Context shows a contact's deals, stage, and owner from your CRM, right in the Blinq app.
When your workspace connects HubSpot or Salesforce, Blinq shows live context and insights from your CRM on a contact in the mobile app. Open someone and, if they match a record in your CRM, a CRM Context nudge appears. Tap it for the full picture: an AI summary of their deals, their stage or relationship, who owns them, and when they were last active.
Good to know: If your HubSpot or Salesforce connection was set up before CRM Context was available, an admin needs to enable it and re-authorise the connection once before it appears. New connections have it on by default.
What you can do
See a contact's CRM story the moment you open them: deals, value, stage, and owner.
Read a two-line AI summary across every deal a contact is on.
See who on your team already owns the relationship, and when the contact was last active in your CRM.
Jump straight to the exact record in HubSpot or Salesforce with Open in CRM.
Swipe between the context from both CRMs when a contact is in HubSpot and Salesforce.
Who can use this
Available on Business and Enterprise plans, for workspaces with HubSpot or Salesforce natively connected.
CRM Context appears in the Blinq mobile app (iOS and Android) on the contact screen. There's no dashboard view of the context itself. Turning it on or off is an admin or owner setting, so reps can't toggle it.
How to use it
Turn on CRM Context (admins)
Existing HubSpot and Salesforce connections need to be enabled and re-authorised once, because reading deals needs new CRM permissions. New connections have it on by default.
On the Blinq dashboard, follow the banner prompting you to re-authenticate for the latest CRM features (a two-click flow). Or set it up manually with the steps below.
Go to Settings, then the Integrations tab.
Open your HubSpot or Salesforce integration.
Enable CRM Context, then re-authorise the connection when prompted.
See CRM Context on a contact (reps)
Open the Blinq app on iOS or Android, then open or scan a contact.
If the contact matches a record in your CRM, a CRM Context nudge appears on the contact.
Tap the nudge to open the full card: AI summary, stage or relationship, owner, and last activity.
If the contact is in both HubSpot and Salesforce, swipe between the two cards.
Tap Open in CRM to jump to that exact record. It opens the HubSpot app if you have it installed.
Note: CRM Context is read-only and always live. Blinq never writes to or changes anything in your CRM, and it checks your CRM fresh every time you open a contact, so a contact who isn't on a deal today will show context automatically once they are.
Why it helps
No more scanning someone at a booth and going in blind. CRM Context surfaces what your own CRM already knows, whether this person is a current customer, an open deal, or a teammate's prospect, right when you meet them. It's context from your organisation's own memory, on the contact, when you need it.
FAQ
I don't see CRM Context. Why?
You might not be on a Business or Enterprise plan, HubSpot or Salesforce is natively connected, an admin has enabled CRM Context and re-authorised the connection, and the contact exists in your CRM.
It's showing someone else's deal.
This happens when a shared or common email matches the wrong CRM record. There isn't a way to dismiss a wrong match yet.
Which CRMs work with CRM Context?
HubSpot and Salesforce native connections only. Connections through Zapier or Outlook, and other CRMs, aren't supported yet.
Can I turn CRM Context off?
Yes. An admin or owner can turn it on or off per CRM in Settings, then Integrations. Reps can't toggle it.
